I was quite fancying some macaroni cheese today myself actually. I only like conchiglie in pasta bakes, on it's own I find it far too chobbly no matter how long it's boiled for.On another pasta issue, what on earth can be done with the last couple of ounces in the pasta bag? I can't stand the thought of a meal with mixed pasta shapes and now have a collection of different sorts in my cupboard. Yes I'm weird I know. Nice pic btw!
